Thursday 11/13 Food Journal

Breakfast (around 11 a.m.)
2 eggs, scrambled with green onion and fat-free cheddar
3 slices Canadian bacon
Hot tea, sweetened with Splenda, with a splash of lemon juice

Went to the grocery store around 2 p.m. because when I went in to figure out what I was going to fix for supper, the freezer was looking pretty empty. So I picked up fish (for tonight); a pack of 4 boneless, lean pork chops; and two nice eye of round steaks, in addition to the whole, bone-in ham I picked up for Thanksgiving dinner, salad stuff, dill pickles, and frozen steam-in-bag edamame.

Snack (around 4 p.m.)
Dill Pickles
Sparkling, fruit-flavored (sugar-free) water

Supper (around 6 p.m.)
Salad w/fat free creamy Caesar dressing
Talapia fillet, sprayed with olive-oil cooking spray, seasoned with salt-free Tony Chachere’s seasoning
Steamed broccoli with garlic and lemon

Evening Snack (around 9 p.m.)
Edamame (steamed, 1/2 cup shelled)
Boston Creme Pie WW yogurt (1 point)
