Well . . . as I mentioned earlier in the week, I was having a lot of trouble with motivation—and it showed at the scale: up 0.4 lb. But I’m still lower than the 272.2 that I’d been trying to get back down to since August 11. And it means that I’ve really got to be vigilant and self-motivated this week if I want to get my 25 pounds-lost reward at my weigh in next week (which I’d hoped to get today).
I’m getting ready to go to a going-away party for a friend/fellow layoff-ee, so I don’t have time to share right now what we talked about in the meeting today, so I’ll save that for tomorrow.
