Second half of the frittata from yesterday
Met a friend at Chili’s, and I was so good! I ordered the “Guiltless Grill” salmon, which came with black beans and (barely) steamed broccoli (enough to get them wet but not really enough to even soften them). I ate probably about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the beans, and about 1/2 cup of the broccoli, and all of the salmon. So I stayed on plan! AND I didn’t stop at Starbucks (right next door) on my way out.
- The tops of my thighs are so sore from that workout yesterday. But instead of deterring me from doing that video again, it’s making me want to do it more often to see if I can get to a point where it moves from a high-intensity workout to an intermediate-intensity workout for me.

Now’s when I have to decide whether or not I’m going to be totally honest here . . . I not only broke down and had a candy bar tonight, I followed it with an ice cream chaser. Yep. Totally fell off the wagon. And the scary thing was that when I got back in the car at the grocery store (after purchasing said candy and ice cream), I couldn’t get that wrapper off fast enough—my hands were even shaking a little bit. But I’m not going to let that derail me or affect me psychologically in any way except to use it as motivation to do even better for the rest of the week.
