Yes, there’s a reason (an excuse) for why I didn’t post my weight loss journal last week. Because after losing almost 12 pounds in 3 weeks, I was up 2.8 pounds last week. 😦 And if I’d journaled that last week, I would have had to admit that I fell off the wagon multiple times that week (I should have been black and blue, I did so much “falling off the wagon”).
This week, I was down 0.8 lb—which, technically gives me a net of a 0.4 pound loss over the last two weigh-ins, but I’m still up by 2 pounds from where I was on January 25. So I have a lot of ground to make up this week. But, I’ll be doing some on-site freelancing this week, so hopefully that will help. I’ve also made it a goal to do my 1-mile “Walk Away the Pounds” DVD at least 3 times this week.
I’ll update the graphics later this week when I have more time. But now, I’ve got to get to bed, since tomorrow will be the first day in six months that I’ve had to get up early to go work a full day. As soon as I finish this, I’ll be collecting every timepiece in my house that has an alarm feature on it and setting it to make sure I don’t oversleep in the morning!
