I meant to post this Sunday, but kept putting it off. With good reason.
You see, at my weigh-in Sunday, I was up 1.4 lbs. Which really frustrated me, since I knew I hadn’t gone off plan all week. However, I was having some intestinal problems (I have occasional bouts of inflammatory bowel syndrome) toward the end of the week, so I wondered if maybe things hadn’t been . . . moving along properly due to the inflammation. And sure enough, when I weighed at home Monday morning, I was about half a pound down from my official weight from last week. So even though my official WW weigh-in showed me up, I’m going to consider it as “maintained” for the week and just stay extra diligent this week about monitoring portion sizes and making sure I’m meeting all of the healthy guidelines (all of my fruit/veggie servings, dairy, water, etc.).
