Wednesday Weigh-In 8/18/10

So I weighed this morning . . . and I was down 2.5 pounds to 280. Yay! And that was without making it to the gym at all in the last week. So that’s my goal for the next seven days, is to try to get to the gym at least three days, possibly five.
