    I was at 189. I’m now at 185. Started walking during my lunch hour. Two miles per day. But gotta get my hands on some dumbbells or kettleballs for strength training.

      Start with canned goods or bags of rice/beans/flour—stuff you already have at home. If they’re too hard to hold, put them in a plastic grocery bag so that you have handles.
