Food & Fitness Report 7/27/13

So I got up and went to my writing group meeting this morning and really enjoyed catching up with a couple of people I haven’t seen in a while, so that was great.

But, even after turning off the light last night at 11 p.m. and sleeping until 8 a.m., as soon as I got home from MTCW, I crawled into the bed and went back to sleep. That was around noon. It was 5 p.m. when I woke/got up. I don’t understand why I’m so fatigued recently, but I do have my annual physical in a couple of weeks, so if it hasn’t changed by then, it’s definitely something I’ll be discussing with my doctor.

Food
Breakfast: Steak, egg, avocado, and tomato Power Bowl + coffee @ Panera.

Lunch: None, because I was sleeping.

Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti with homemade meat sauce

Fitness
None, due to sleeping most of the day.

  1. Love writer meeting days!!

    Breakfast: McDs – had a bridal showe to go to and was running late

    Lunch: um either the cupcake/cookie/mints at the shower (my niece is getting married! She was 18mos old when I met hubs – doesn’t seem possible!) or the birthday cake/chips/queso spread through the afternoon.

    Dinner: Grilled Chicken on whole wheat (some fancy kind) with cheese BBQ sauce and bacon from Chick-fil-A with just a few fries/ketchup.

    Not great but not what it COULD have been mainly bc the kids had free custard concretes and I just mooched a bit when they were done rather than my own AND mooching some when they were done.

    Am so ready for Tuesday which should FINALLY be a “normal” day.
