31-Day Clean House Challenge

I don’t know about you, but I have a really bad habit of being lazy about housekeeping. And that means a cluttered, dusty house. And a cluttered, not-always-clean kitchen. And as the clutter builds, so do my stress levels—and, thus, so does my depression. And when that happens, the last thing I’m thinking about is healthy eating or preparing low-carb dishes.

So for the months of July and August 2018, I’m embarking on a Clean House Challenge (after all, no one said the 31 days had to be consecutive, right?). I’ve adapted my list from Clean Mama’s 2016 “Come Clean Challenge”—hopefully in a way that will make it so I can stick to it. And I’ll be sharing some cleaning and storage hacks and tricks along the way!

This schedule is set up for a 2- to 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house, where the third bedroom is used exclusively as an office and will not be included in this cleaning schedule.
